Simple: Hex bolts are the focused totality of her psychic powers. No...wait...
(1) It's a localized zone where the laws of probability are altered, like inside the Heart of Gold from Hitchiker's Guide.
(2) See above, I guess. :)
I thought that was how her powers work PERIOD.
I didn't know that she had to zap something to affect the probablity of it.
What a Hex Bolt is - a pink little dagger-jobby, similar to Blink's teleport shards.
What a Hex Bolt does - It's all about the visual man. If you can't see the character using their power, they aren't using it. You think Xavier would really get those wavy black lines coming out of his head every time he used telepathy?
