Killer Quilt - No, Seriously
Remember when a villain like Killer Quilt was played like a serious threat?
I like that.
I think that takes a certain amount of impressive brashness to say, "Yeah, the guy wears a costume that is essentially a multi-colored jumpsuit, but we're playing him as SERIOUS!"
I admire that.
I think Grant Morrison could still pull Crazy-Quilt off.
Who else could, do you think?
And I mean the same way as he was! No drastic revamp!!!

Crazy Quilt had a seriously homicidal mad on for Robin in the 80s, didn't he? I don't know if the character was always that way, or if it's something they invented because, hey, Jason Todd obviously inspired murderous rage in a lot of people on and off the page back then. Either way, I'm sure they could tap into that and pit him against the current Robin, either in his own title or in Teen Titans without any additional revamping.
I've always thought that an unintentional Crazy Quilt/Doodlebug team-up would kcik ass.
