Snark Free Theme Day for 12/16
Today's theme is "Artificial Intelligence Help!"
1. In the recent, super-cool series Fear Agent, the hero flies around in a talking spaceship.
2. The Power Pack had their own talking spaceship named Friday.
3. For awhile, X-Factor hung out in a talking spaceship named, appropriately enough, Ship.
4. During the series Valor, Valor flew around in a talking spaceship.
5. Forcrw Works had a talking computer that interacted with them.
You folks think of more!

Beta Ray Bill had a talking ship too.
Yeah, Skuttlebutt was cool.
Didn't even bloody Darkhawk have a talking spaceship, though? They were all the rage.
Seeing as there was a Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy comic, I will add Eddie, the relentlessly optimistic shipboard computer on The Heart Of Gold.
All of these examples from comics owe a big debt to Starlord's talking starship called Ship, introduced by Chris Claremont and John Byrne in Marvel Preview #11 from 1977. When Starlord was created by Steve Englehart and drawn by Steve Gan in Marvel Preview #4 the previous year, Ship wasn't present...so I assume it was a Claremont and/or Byrne creation, borrowed from earlier instances of talking AI starships in prose SF.
I don't know how well-remembered that comic is today, but for a while it was held up as some kind of gold standard of comics excellence in the dark years before Alan Moore came along and knocked Claremont off the perch. Anyway, I never read X-Factor but it's clear their talking ship of the same name must have been an overt homage.
2000AD brings us Rogue Trooper, who had a talking gun, backpack and helmet with the digitised personalities of his dead friends Gunnar, Bagman and Helm. Fatalistically named, you might think. Also, we have the shipboard computer Brother from the VCs, who was a hippie.
Cable has help from Professor, on Greymalkin.
Colonel Liger had a talking gun in "Warheads".
Booster Gold has Skeets.
Talking of 2000AD, Sam Slade - Robo Hunter, had a robot cigar by the name of Stogie.
