I have no clue if they even interact in the issue, but the cover alone makes you want to check out the issue to see what happens. It's Spider-Man being choked to death! And the point of view is a great eye catcher. It makes it look like YOU are choking Spider-Man!Very cool!

Although, Spider-Man's mask has insulated him against a death touch before...
