Kyle Baker inks over....Mooney? No idea on the pencils
I actually own this book, it had a crapload of artists if I remember right...Alan Kupperberg or Mark Texiera?
Waitasec! I think this is the great issue with Captain America and Electro (#187?) with Jim Starlin pencils!
