Well, that first one I call as a National Lampoon cover - oddly, I only saw the original after I'd seen it parodied/homaged many times.
The second, is that from the Secret Origins with the revised JLA origin?
And third...unh. I do remember its existence, but unfortunately nothing concrete else. Hmm, wait - was it from earlier in the JLG (Justice League Giffen) era?
I had no idea what the first would be, having only seen other homages until reading ratbat's answer. And I'm not going to steal from him, so...
The second came from Justice League #5, one of the early Giffen/Dematteis issues.
The third is from Justice League of America #9, from the early 60's.
Justice League Europe is one of my favorite comics of all time. Even the Gerard Jones run (until it became Justice League International again. Then it got awful).
