Oh Classic!
The first is a homage to Amazing Spider-Man #39, in which the Green Goblin is revealed to be Norman Osborne.
The next is Amazing Spider-Man #50, "Spider-Man No More!" (used as some source material for the Spider-Man 2 movie), and the last is Amazing Spider-Man #55, where Doc Ock has a machine called the nullifier, that causes Spidey to lose his memory.
I like the twist on the #50 - "Peter Parker No More!", but I can take or leave the other homages...
